The importance of the relationship between Teaching – Learning process to be a good teacher.

Being a teacher is not just to have knowledge, a good method or didactic to make your class, the relationship with students is one of the aspects that teachers put in other side. Mutual respect is an important point that teachers sometimes don’t be care because has the concept “respect must be earned” and this maybe couldn’t that students get a significant knowledge.
