HOW CAN TEACHERS BE GOOD TEACHERS?
For many years, teachers have thought the same thing
in the same way, and they were like the center of any school, now days, that
concept had changed a little bit, now, student it is the most important thing
in the school.
Currently, schools have a curriculum where tells
teacher, what, how and why students must learn, the only shift that has a
teacher is do it, and get the goal write in that paper, now the only question it
could be, How teacher will teach that topic, bring up the traditional method,
take into account that nowadays definitively that method doesn’t work?.
We can development some aspects that always will go
together, emotions, didactics, and relation teacher-student-teacher taking into
account that all those have to be almost perfect.
Let’s start by, teacher have to accustoms to different
students, environments, feeling and all things that have each person in his/her
life, having the best mood with the student, and student just must have
respect.
In a pedagogic aspect we must forget words like “you cannot”
because the motivation always have to be together with our teaching process,
and tell to student, why is important learn that, introduce in his/her mind
that all topics are really easy, and show them, different ways to learn
(didactics and methodology), the evaluation, always have to be with us, because
not only evaluate to student also evaluate the teaching process, it will show
if teacher knowledge is enough in order to teach them.
So teacher work it is no easy, but if teacher really
want to teach, the students really will want to learn.
